The iToplight D-300 is a new, unique and intelligent digital taxi roof light from Pointguard. Compared to traditional taxi roof lights with static messages, the iToplight D-300 offers the ability to present targeted messages and adapt to the environment and its audience. At the front, the iToplight D-300 has a bright multi-colour LED display. A row of green/red LEDs on the sides and an illuminated taxi zone at the rear. A second LED display at the rear is also available. Together with the modern and aerodynamic design, the iToplight D-300 is a very striking eye-catcher with an assured high visibility with a professional appearance. The iToplight D-300 is simply a very innovative and attractive product that takes the traditional taxi roof light to the next level.
The integrated LED roof light of the iToplight D-300 can display up to 5 different status messages, such as “FREE”, “BUSY”, “TAXI COMPANY NAME”, “CUSTOMER NAME”, etc. and are automatically activated by a computer in the car, via the taxi meter or via an Android mobile phone. Custom messages can also be sent to one or more cars. Two LED indicators also show the status of the car via the sides and rear of the roof light. green and red colors. The brightness of the LED display, the status of the LEDs and the taxi zone are all automatically adjusted with a light sensor for optimal visibility during the day and night. To extend the lifespan of the LEDs, LED drive parameters were chosen. The iToplight D-300 has multiple text modes: programmed to scroll from left to right, right to left, up to down, flashing, etc. The iToplight D-300 is designed to withstand extreme climates and is resistant to cold, heat , moisture and dust. Installation time is reduced to a minimum by using a single connection to the car and a special mounting design with heavy-duty attachment magnets.

For a super easy installation, the D-300 comes pre-configured and is fully controllable via your Android smartphone. Connect the iToplight D-300 to power and you are ready to start. The app is connected wirelessly to the iToplight via Bluetooth and can show the status of the roof light as well as control the roof light. It is also possible to send a name or booking number to the display of the iToplight from the Cloud.
